This notice explains how Leslie Cloots Golf handles information connected with lesliecloots.com, lesson inquiries and bookings.

Information you provide

When you contact me or book through Acuity Scheduling, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, appointment details and information about your golf experience or goals. Booking and payment services also process information needed to arrange appointments and complete transactions. Please avoid including sensitive information in general website inquiries.

Website and booking analytics

This website uses Squarespace and Google Analytics to understand website use and improve the booking experience. Technical and usage information can include device and browser details, IP address, referring pages, pages visited and interactions with links. Acuity Scheduling is connected to Google Analytics to help measure the booking journey and transactions. Website activity may be associated with scheduling activity through this integration. Analytics totals are not the same as completed lessons.

Cookies and embedded content

Squarespace, scheduling tools and third-party integrations may use cookies or similar technologies for site functions, account access and analytics. Embedded YouTube videos may communicate information to Google when they load or are played. Browser settings can help you manage or delete cookies, although some features may not work as expected when cookies are blocked.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to respond to inquiries, arrange and deliver coaching, manage appointments and payments, and understand website performance. Service providers supporting the website, scheduling, payments and communications process information as needed for those functions. Their handling of information is also described in their own privacy notices.

Newsletter and workbook

If you sign up for Coach’s Notes, your email address is used to deliver the workbook and send the coaching insights, challenges, lesson openings and student updates described at signup. You can unsubscribe using the link in each marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel appointment-related communications.

The downloadable workbook does not automatically submit your answers. Sharing your completed workbook or replying with information about your game is optional.

Questions and requests

To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, email leslie@leslieclootsgolf.com. Requests may require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes. The rights available to you depend on applicable law.
