By booking a session or enrolling in a monthly plan, you agree to the following:

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancel/reschedule at least 12 hours in advance for full credit. Cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows are charged in full.

2. Monthly Plan

Auto-renews; cancel via the link in your email receipts. Unused sessions roll over but expire upon cancellation. No refunds for unused sessions.

3. Media Release

Videos/photos from sessions may be used for marketing. Opt out by emailing leslie@leslieclootsgolf.com before your session.

4. Liability Waiver

Golfing has inherent risks; Leslie Cloots, assistant coaches, and host facilities are not liable for injuries or lost property.

5. Weather Policy

If weather may affect your lesson, please contact Leslie to confirm arrangements before traveling to the facility.

6. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is required. Disruptions may result in session termination without a refund.
